Communal facilities.

The swimming pool is for the use of all guests. Parasols and sun loungers are provided. There is also an outdoor shower at the poolside.

There is a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Prices and payment

All rental prices are per week, and include bed, bath and kitchen linen and the cleaning costs.

Looking for just a short stay (less than a week)? Special rates apply for short stays. Contact us for more details.

During the low and mid-season there is a minimal rental period of 3 nights stay, in the high season the minimal rental period is 7 nights stay.

The booking is confirmed when the deposit (50% of the total amount due) is paid within one week of the reservation being made. The second and final payment (50%) must be paid 2 weeks prior to the check-in date. Payment required in full for bookings less than 2 weeks  from check-in date.

When a reservation is made you will receive a copy of our rental terms and conditions. Payment of the deposit (and/or total amount) is acceptance of these terms and conditions. We strongly advise that you arrange for a travel and cancellation insurance.

Checking in on the arrival day you are welcome from 16:00. When you depart you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 hours.

Should your flight arrive or depart earlier, let us know. If possible we will try to accommodate your wishes.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the renter the following conditions will apply:

A cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, the costs will be 50% of the total amount. 

A cancellation within 2 weeks prior to arrival there would be no refund. 

In the rare case of cancellation by Quinta da Vida we will always give you your money back!
