Prices

Rates apply between November and the end of March.

Price is per week.  Minimum rental period is 4 weeks (28 nights). 

Prices include linen, two weekly cleaning and linen change, use of the underfloor heating, electricity, water, TV, internet and the final cleaning.

There are no further mandatory fees.

 

Prices are always based on a stay for 2 people ! 

If you would like to receive friends or family, this is possible in consultation and for a small expense allowance of €15 per person per night.

A cash deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.

Any damage will be deducted from the deposit. Is there no damage? Then you will simply get your deposit back.
