Tourist Tax

The following rates apply:

€1.00 per person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights between November and April.

€2.00 per person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights between May and October.

Children under 16 years of age are exempt.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the renter, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:

Cancellations must be made in writing (digital methods are also acceptable).

• Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.

• Within 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.

• Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.

For long-term winter rentals (bookings of at least 28 nights), the following cancellation terms apply:

In the event of a cancellation by the renter, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:

• Up to 6 months before the arrival date: 25% of the total rental amount.

• Between 6 months and 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.

• Within 6 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.

The renter is responsible for arranging their own travel and cancellation insurance.
